Service Area & Travel: Prices include travel within Kigali City. Locations outside this range incur an extra delivery/travel fee. Punctuality & Grace Period: Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with access to an outlet. A 10-minute grace period applies; late starts may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance via Bookyo. Late cancellations or no-shows may lose their deposit or booking privilege. Hair Preparation: Hair must be clean, dry, and thoroughly unbraided/picked out prior to arrival so service can start promptly.
